• Check-out: until 12:00
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon prior request.
2. Quiet hours & respect for space
• Please keep quiet after 10:00 PM.
• Loud music and parties are not allowed without prior approval.
3. Guests & visitors
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Visitors are welcome only with prior agreement.
4. Smoking
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Indoors — strictly prohibited.
5. Pets
• Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only.
6. Safety & responsibility
• Please treat the property with care.
• In case of damage, compensation may be charged.
• We are not responsible for any lost or unattended belongings.
7. Sauna, hot tub & fireplace
• Use only as instructed and within the designated hours.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety.
8. Cleaning
• Light cleaning is available on request.
• Towels and bed linens are changed every 3 nights or upon request.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge no later than 7 days before your arrival — in this case, we will refund 100% of the payment.
